Returns and complaints
Of course, you have 30 days to consider and to decide whether the articles that you ordered will stay in your wardrobe for good.

Fill out the return form that is available on our website. Then, pack the article that is supposed to be returned and send it to our address.
When the parcel will reach us – we will start the return process and the money will be reimbursed to you within 14 days.

The goods that are supposed to be returned should be sent to APMAR TRADE sp. z o.o., ul. Jana Szczyrki 11, 54-426 Wrocław, Poland.
Return us the product in question and place another order, we will carry it out for you as soon as possible.
We reimburse you the money in the same form in which the order was paid or to the same bank account from which the bank transfer was ordered.

Shipment and delivery
You will see the expected delivery time of your order in the order summary and in the e-mail notification.
This time can vary depending on the chosen shipment method and the country to which we are supposed to deliver your order: the mean delivery time for international shipments - from 2 to 8 working days, and on the territory of Poland is about 1-2 working days from the moment of sending the shipment.
The delivery fee depends on the chosen delivery form and the country to which we are supposed to deliver the order. You will find the detailed fee in the order summary.
Estimative delivery fee: for the EU it amounts to: 15-60 USD; for the orders beyond the EU the fee is: 30-140 USD; on the territory of Poland, it amounts to: 10-25 zł
Of course, while placing an order, you have a possibility to mark whether the delivery address is the same as usual, or another one and to enter another delivery address.
Yes, but only to the selected countries. Currently we carry out shipments on the territory of Poland, EU, UK and USA.
The rules of conduct in such a situation depend on the chosen form of delivery and are determined directly by individual carriers. Detailed information on this subject can be found on the websites of specific courier companies.

We carry out the orders only in the form of shipments, there is no possibility of pick-up in person.
If the parcel reaches you in a damaged condition, do not pick it up from the courier. We are sure that all our parcels are tightly packed and they leave our warehouse in an intact condition. Ask the courier to draw up the damage report.
Yes, you will receive a link to follow your parcel directly from the courier company.
Payments
You can pay for each order you placed e.g. through fast online bank transfers, card payments or PayPal. The availability of payment methods depends on the country to which the parcel is supposed to be delivered and you can see them in detail i.a. in the order summary.
We are very sorry, but at the moment of finalization of the order, not all options can be offered. Their availability is determined automatically by the system and adjusted individually to each order, e.g. due to the chosen currency or country to which the shipment is carried out.
No, we carry out the orders in our company only through the payment in advance.
Each sale transaction in our store is documented with a VAT invoice, issued in electronic form.
Orders
Add the chosen product to your cart. At the next stage, enter the delivery address, choose one of the available payment methods and delivery form. Check and confirm your order.
You can buy without registration. Nevertheless, in such case, you cannot check the history of your previous orders, and at the next purchase, you have to fill the delivery data again.
No, you can only place an order through our online store.
In practice, we usually fulfill the orders within 2 working days. Plus the delivery time that differs depending on the chosen option and country of delivery: for international shipments - from 2 to 8 working days, on the territory of Poland, it takes about 1-2 working days from the moment of sending the shipment.
Once you place an order, it is impossible to introduce changes in it, such as changes in the delivery form, size or model.
We do not have a possibility to combine the orders that have already been paid. Each of them will be sent separately.
You can check the status of your order by logging in to your account in the store, then entering the ‘My Orders’ tab. You will find there the whole history of your orders. We will also inform you by e-mail about each change of the status.
In such case, contact directly the carrier (the courier company) and provide a new address.

As soon as we receive it, we will reimburse you the entire amount of the order and delivery costs. In order to receive a correct product, place a new order. If you have any additional questions, write us a message at: support@techland-merch.com. We apologize for such a situation.
My Account
Go to the login page, then click ‘Register’. Then, enter all required data. Once you click the ‘Register the account’ button, you will receive an e-mail with an activation link. You can also register while placing the order.
While logging in to the store, click the ‘I do not remember my login or password’ button and enter your e-mail address that was used in the registration process. We will send you a message with a link allowing to generate a new password to this address.
Of course, at any time. You can manage your data once you log in from ‘My Account’ position.
Discounts and promotions
The applicable promotions and discount codes cannot be combined. An exception are those promotions in the Terms & Conditions of which a mention about a possibility of combination thereof appeared.
First of all, check the validity of your code and correctness of all characters. Take into consideration all capital letters and lower case. If the code still does not work, contact us by e-mail at: support@techland-merch.com.
Discount codes cannot be combined.
Unfortunately, the execution of the discount code once you confirm the order placement, is impossible. The reduction coupon will stay active until its end date and can be used when you will place another order.
You can do this only before you confirm the order. If the order has already been placed, it is impossible to cancel the code.
